Report a recipe correction
Email the recipe title and page link, then tell us which ingredient, quantity, cooking step, image or timing needs attention. Explain what happened and the change you suggest. A photo of the finished dish is useful if you choose to share it. We check suggestions before updating public content; sending a correction does not publish it automatically.
Get help using the website
Describe the feature you were using and what happened. Include your browser and device type and a screenshot if useful. Please crop out private details. For sign-in issues, tell us whether the problem concerns the verification email, the sign-in page or access after signing in. Never email passwords or one-time codes.
Privacy and account requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact us from the email associated with your Kitchen Handi account and describe the request. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Do not include identity documents, private Family Vault contents or financial details in your first message.
Contributions and collaborations
To share a public recipe, use Create a Recipe after signing in so your ingredients, steps and contributor credit stay together. For other collaborations, describe your proposal by email. We do not promise a response time or automatic acceptance.
