THE EVERYDAY QUESTION
Start with your own kitchen
You can browse public recipes without an account. Each recipe lists quantities and a method you can follow at your own pace. With an account, My Pantry keeps track of your ingredients, Meal Planner organises dishes across the week, and Shopping List helps collect what you still need.
Cooking Mode lets you focus on one step at a time. Kitchen Assistant can help with ideas, substitutions and serving questions. Its answers are a starting point: check them against the recipe and your household’s allergies and needs.

MORE THAN INGREDIENTS
A home for family recipes
A family dish can carry more than a list of ingredients. Family Vault gives relatives a private place for recipes and the stories behind them. Public community contributions are separate, with credit to the cook who shares them. Contributor badges recognise participation; they are not professional qualifications.
Choose a dish by cuisine, ingredients or the time you have. Read the whole method before starting, especially where soaking, marinating or fermentation is involved. Preparation and cooking figures are estimates, and equipment, batch size and ingredient temperature can change the time you need.
Kitchen Handi is currently a free web beta. We improve it through user feedback. Our editorial standards explain AI assistance, image credits, recipe limitations and how to report a correction.
Dish photographs and illustrations come from the public recipe collection. Open an image to see its recipe and recorded image credit.
